SSRS Create Report and Publish

Now you can create report on SSRS in basic level then you have to configuration server on Share Point Portal Let's Go!.

You have to configuration Share Point Portal Site

STEP-1
Go to report folder on Share Point Portal Site, You will see projects appear on the page, Click on report project

STEP-2
Click on "Manage"

STEP-3
- Click on "Data Source", set username and password of report data source server on
"Credentials stored securely in the report server"
- Click on "Use as Windows Credentials..."
- Click on "Test Connection"
- Click on "Ok"

STEP-4
Click on drop down on Report Project then select  "Subscribe" for publish report on the site

STEP-5
After you clicked on "Subscribe" then click on "My Subscribe" on the right menu
You will see all reports have subscribed appear on the list, For set schedule to publish report, you have to click on "Edit"

STEP-6
For setting schedule generate report and send email to concerns people, you have to select "Delivery by: E-Mail"

For setting schedule generate to concern people, you have to select "Delivery by: Windows File Share"

STEP-7
Set up schedule time click on "Select Schedule" then set the date and time as you want to generate or publish this report
